Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

1. shipping

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier. 

 

All orders shipped within the United States are delivered via Express Shipping (2 business days).

 

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. 

2. damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@inpulsewear.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

3. exchanges

We accept exchanges within 60 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. To request an exchange, please contact our support team before sending back your item.

4. returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. To start a return, please email us at info@inpulsewear.com with your order number. 

5. refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
